The Sri Lanka Electronic Medical Records (SLEMR) project makes avaiable an electronic medical record for Sri Lankan primary care.
The project uses open source electronic medical record software.
The SLEMR is a joint project by the School of Rural Health, Faculty of Medicine, University of Sydney, Australia and Faculty of Medicine, University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka.
The College of General Practitioners of Sri Lanka is the main support organization for the project.
